Gunay subscriptions are designed to offer a seamless, curated floral experience—bringing refined silk arrangements into your space on a consistent schedule, without the need for ongoing selection.

How It Works

Choose the size and delivery frequency that best fits your space:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly

For your first delivery, you can select your preferred arrangement from our available collection.

After that, each rotation will feature a new surprise arrangement, thoughtfully curated by our floral team to keep your space feeling fresh and inspiring.

Delivery

Every scheduled delivery includes:

  • A brand-new silk flower arrangement
  • A new premium vase
  • Collection of your previous arrangement

This rotation system allows you to enjoy a continually refreshed display without storing or maintaining multiple arrangements.

Free delivery is included for every rotation within Dubai.

Delivery to other Emirates is available, and delivery charges will apply.

Subscription Commitment

All Gunay subscriptions require a 12-month commitment, ensuring a continuous rotation of curated arrangements throughout the year.

Getting Started

Subscriptions are handled as pre-orders.

Simply submit your request, and our team will contact you to:

  • Confirm your preferred size
  • Select your first arrangement
  • Choose your delivery frequency
  • Finalize your delivery schedule

Your subscription begins once all details have been confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every subscription is part of a curated rotation service:

  • Subscription deliveries cannot be returned after delivery.
  • Arrangements cannot be exchanged based on personal preference.
  • Future rotations are selected by our design team to provide a varied and elevated floral experience.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are based on a 12-month commitment.

Should you choose to cancel before the end of your subscription term, an early termination fee will apply:

  • Monthly plans: Equivalent to 3 months of subscription fees.
  • Quarterly plans: Equivalent to one full quarter (3 months) of subscription fees.

Important to Know

  • You choose your first arrangement.
  • Future deliveries are curated surprise designs.
  • Every delivery includes a completely new arrangement and vase.
  • Your previous arrangement will be collected during your next scheduled delivery.
  • If you have preferred colour palettes or design styles, our team will do our best to accommodate them where possible, though exact designs cannot be guaranteed.
